Lost an unlock?
Premium unlocks are stored on the device and browser you bought them with, so a cleared browser or a new machine can misplace them. Email us from the address you used at checkout (or include your Stripe receipt) and we'll get you sorted — you paid once, you keep it. That's the deal and we honor it.
Sound requests & ideas
Want a sound archetype added to the board, or a meme template that doesn't exist yet? Pitch it. Remember the one rule: we synthesize originals inspired by internet culture, we don't rip clips — so "make the exact audio from that one video" is the one request we'll always decline.
